At Peacock Alley, we take pride in the quality of our luxury linens and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
